1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms govern your purchase, deployment, access to, or use of ZYCDN self-hosted CDN system, security protection, license management, and related technical support services.
2. Services
The services may include self-hosted CDN software, SCDN protection, node management, cache acceleration, scheduling, certificates, WAF, DDoS protection, access control, logs, deployment, licenses, and support. The actual scope is subject to website descriptions, orders, license files, or written agreements.
3. Account and Security
You must provide accurate account, contact, identity, and business information, and keep credentials, keys, certificates, license files, and administrative permissions secure. Actions performed through your account or credentials are deemed your actions.
4. Customer Data and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the legality, authorization, filing, licensing, personal information processing, intellectual property, and compliance of all domains, origins, content, logs, configurations, and business data processed through the services.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the services for pornography, gambling, fraud, phishing, illegal payments, pirated content, malware, network attacks, DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, spam, infringement, personal information violations, or any other illegal business. We may review domains and licenses, delete licenses, disable accounts, suspend services, and report violations where necessary.
6. Domain Filing and Qualifications
You must obtain all required ICP filings, public security filings, licenses, qualifications, and content authorizations for your domains, origins, and business. Unfiled or non-compliant domains may be suspended or terminated.
7. Fees and Resource Usage
Prices, license terms, node limits, modules, bandwidth, support scope, and payment methods are subject to website pages, orders, quotations, or written agreements. Abnormal usage, bursts, attacks, or exceeding license scope may lead to throttling, suspension, upgrade requirements, or additional fees.
8. Availability and Maintenance
We use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain service stability, but interruptions may occur due to internet infrastructure, third-party providers, carriers, origin failures, misconfiguration, attacks, force majeure, regulatory actions, upgrades, or emergency maintenance.
9. Intellectual Property
Software, websites, interfaces, documentation, logos, trademarks, algorithms, architecture, scripts, and technical materials related to ZYCDN are owned by us or their lawful owners. You may not copy, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, resell, rent, distribute, or use them to develop competing products without written permission.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We process personal information and customer business data according to the Privacy Policy. Both parties must protect non-public business, technical, financial, customer, pricing, solution, and system information obtained during cooperation.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services if you violate laws or these Terms, fail to pay fees, exceed licenses, provide false information, use illegal domains or content, affect system stability, or create significant compliance or security risks.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your or third-party configurations, origin failures, carrier issues, third-party services, credential leakage, illegal content, missing filings, attacks, force majeure, regulatory actions, emergency maintenance, or use beyond the service scope.
13. Updates and Disputes
We may update these Terms and publish the updated version on the website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the competent court where the service provider is located.
